Ricketts Subdivision in Durham, CA  was created on February 7, 1947 by Thomas Ricketts and Alice Giblin, brother and sister. The subdivision, located in Butte County, consists of 28 residential lots, located on the North and South sides of Serviss Street, a pubic highway.  Franklin Road (Goodspeed) and Holland Road border the East and West ends. The lots are intended for single family detached homes or duplexes only, with a minumum of 1 1/2 stories, and two car garage.
